Aeroflot sees Russia 2021 air travel market 26% lower than in 2019

MOSCOW, Sep 14 (PRIME) -- Russia’s air travel market, including foreign air companies, may amount to 109 million passengers in 2021, which is 26% lower than in 2019, national flagship air carrier Aeroflot said in a statement on Tuesday.

The internal market has already reached the pre-pandemic level, but the international segment will recover only in 2024, the company also said.
